Make a basic panna cotta using 300 ml cream, a vanilla pod, gelatine leaves & sugar, following the instructions in your cookbook. Then place 1 tsp Gran Zirup in the bottom of each glass. Save around 4 tbsp of Zirup as a garnish and mix the rest into the panna cotta mixture. Pour into the glasses and place in the fridge for 4 hours.
Pour 1 tbsp or more of Gran Zirup on the top of each Grana Cotta. Dry roast the fresh spruce needles, shaking the pan so that they don’t burn. They will become brittle. Place 2-3 needles in each portion as a decoratio
